Born out of real-world teamwork

The beginning of Together traces back to our co-founder’s extensive experience in technology and the creative industry, where teamwork is both an essential way of working and a challenge. Conversations with team members often revealed the subtleties of interpersonal dynamics within teams, however often left unattended by team leads and team members. Adding the fast-growing adoption of teamwork we saw a need for a platform to grasp the inner workings of any team. Our idea is rooted in the belief that true motivation comes from achieving goals together – not just the major ones but also the daily wins and the sense of joint achievement that follows.
