The platform provides continuous and actionable guidance to the combined strength of people on the teams and leverages a sense of togetherness, which turns out to increase performance.

Born out of real-world teamwork

The beginning of Together traces back to our co-founder's extensive experience in technology and the creative industry, where teamwork is both an essential way of working and a challenge.

Conversations with team members often revealed the subtleties of interpersonal dynamics within teams, however often left unattended by team leads and team members. Adding the fast-growing adoption of teamwork we saw a need for a platform to grasp the inner workings of any team.

Uniting teams for everyday wins

Our idea is rooted in the belief that true motivation comes from achieving goals together - not just the major ones but also the daily wins and the sense of joint achievement that follows.

Team members only engage at their full potential in teamwork when they feel safe and experience trust. This starts with how the individual team member perceives themselves as related to the team. Consequently, everything is designed to increase self-awareness of roles and responsibilities and what it means to be part of the team.

We also believe that all teams should have a “home” - a place for team members to follow their progress and anchor decisions for how to move forward. The team space unfolds as strengthened mutual accountability and enforces the sense of belonging to the team for each team member.
